Lagoon Day - Saturday, April 5th

Time again for our semi-annual Lagoon Day! Sat. April 5th all our monitors will test the lagoon simultaneously at 8 a.m. With over 95 sites from New Smyrna Beach down to the St. Lucie River, we will collect a snapshot of water quality along the lagoon. After monitors complete there testing they are invited to a picnic at the Main Pavilion at Paradise Beach Park in Indialantic (on A1A just south of the Holiday Inn). The picnic, due to start at 10:30 is potluck with the Ocean Conservancy providing hamburgers, hot dogs and sodas and a speaker. Sign up by emailing council@mrcirl.org or calling the MRC at (321) 504-4500.
