The Florida Inland Navigational District will fund a dozen lagoon water project.
They consist of shoreline stabilization, environmental dredging and fishing piers.
At Blind Creek preserve, three fishing, viewing and crabbing piers will be created.
A part of the budget will be for the removal of exotic species in Peck Lake Park in Hobe Sound. Other projects are waiting to be approved for funding.
